Notes about map uploads:
Uploaded maps now go into a review queue and are reviewed before they go live.
Map uploads have changed somewhat. You can now upload combined maps (Maps that contain more than one layer) or individual layer maps. The script determines which layers are present and which zone the map is for.
Points: Points are now stored in the database and are shared for maps of the same zone. If you try to upload points that already exist, they will be ignored.
Grids: Grids are automatically generated by the site, and should not be uploaded. If they are uploaded, or are inclded in a combined map, they will be stripped.
