Re:Hard modes!
We are reviewing the drops for the lower tier hard modes. Likely they will be items that could be obtained from the raid tier above them, rather than the 4.5 non-visible stuff. Except once you get to tier 3 or 4, where the 4.5 non-visible stuff will drop.
