Map loading question

I have downloaded and used Mapfiend maps for years, but when try to use the new maps I get:

Access is denied
Cannot create C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony\Everquest\maps
Administrative Privileges may be required

Any ideas on what to do now?

(My computer and I am listed as the administrator on it)
