Sub-65 alts are hard enough to play with the current AA bonus, let alone a larger one and Glyph of IR (or any Glyph, but the least powerful Glyph is the obvious choice) would remove the tedium for low level alts.
OK this is just funny.

You DO realize, the Glyph of Indeterminable Reward does nothing at all right? It simply consumes AA points.

As for the Alaran language requirement, that should be happening once VoA is 8 months old anyway, much like the spell requirements.
