As we move forward in development of EverQuest, I want to start shifting focus a bit on the AA development side of things. In the past, the mantra has been "More, MORE, MOAR!" when it comes to AA numbers. While this has provided players with more to do in their race to completing everything in an expansion, often it has led to a lot of cut and paste for the sake of higher numbers. Ultimately this makes things super grindy and boring. Grinding out yet another level of Combat Stability, or Spell Casting Subtlety, while something 'to do' is BORING.

The idea moving forward will be to deliver fewer raw numbers of AA, but with an emphasis on things that deliver more impact and make the class more interesting to play. Curious on your thoughts on this concept?
