This is going to be a gift based on the status of your account when the promotion starts. It doesn't look for past statuses nor do the gifts scale. It's a "what is your account today? - Bam! Here are your gifts!"

Station Access came with discounts for multiple games and gave some in game benefits as well (such as additional character slots).
