I have not had a conversation with the whole team yet, so this is ****NOT**** set in stone, not a promise, etc. Absor and I had a conversation, and we will talk to the team about bettering the spawn rate on the rares that have spread out placeholders. **BUT** not to where killing one placeholder is the 72 minute rate.

The team may come to a decision of making no changes. All I am saying is that we will have a conversation about it.
