Over the next couple of weeks I'll be making a few changes to the forum groups (ranks), permissions the groups have, number of forums and overall organization.

One thing you may notice already is that I added some of the default avatar images back. Unfortunately, the way it is right now its all based on specific ranks. This may change later though.
