Okay here it is succinctly.

For the Underfoot expansion... We put heroics on bows. The heroics are approximately 75% of what would be on a "non damage" ranged.

We do not plan on going to older content and adding heroics on bows.

We do not have heroics on other weapons in the Underfoot expansion.
