That's why we wrote it as an 'open curve' time travel experience. 'Closed curve' time travel, where there's only a single timeline, generates paradoxes when you mess with causality. 'Open curve' time travel just generates a new branch in the time-flow when something is changed, at the cost of potentially endless inflation of diverging alternate realities.

Slightly more ugly Rallosian Ogres in SoD? We already have those in-game... in a parallel universe. I suppose we can make the 'modern' ogres more ugly too, but to make that pay for itself we'd probably need to add a thread to SoD where ogre players killing a high threshold number of the Rathe Council members in the RCC raids causes all ogres to get uglier globally (because the RC members are putting more oomph into the Curse, the more casualties they take on each loop through history)...
