well, there is already a duration invis potion.

as for the other, it would be a code change. Current code has the invisibility "SPA" itself as fragile, even without adding the "fragile" SPA... so it is a code change, and code changes are precious Plus, I do not think we want to do it as there *are* some "beneficial" spells that are hostile :/
