nothing should have been insta click. Instant click is a mistake if it is there.
With this in mind. Anything (in the seeds of destruction set) with an instant cast is being set to 2 seconds. Additionally, I am changing the raid clicks (In this set only) with Form of Defense and Form of endurance that already have a cast time to 2 second cast time (down from 3.5 seconds)
