<p>Hello,</p><p><br />I am currently in the process of fixing a very old bug related to spell recast timers. Basically if your player runs out of range while a spell is being cast, and the spell fails to land, the recast timer will improperly NOT allow you to cast the spell again until the timer runs out. After further research on this issue, I realized that there are a plethora of situations where a spell will fail to land, yet the recast timer will not properly reset, thus not allowing you to immediately recast the spell. You should be able to immediately cast the spell again. What I am wondering is, how many of you cast a spell that fails to land, and then can not immediately recast the spell?</p>
