Death Bloom changes

Just a head's up.. I'm looking at making some slight changes Death Bloom.. nothing crazy drastic, but right now with a little help you're basically able to get into an infinite mana situation. Something that we really don't want to continue. Mana is a resource you need to manage and should not be endless.

Right now I'm looking at increasing the reuse timer duration on the AA. Nothing too drastic, just something to bring the mana resource management a BIT more in focus..
