And I do not see what is "Wrong" with either of these.

promised renewal is "zek" for the proc (doom ... but zek is used in general for spell casts another spell) and tunare for the healing the the doom efect does.

Venin Also looks correct. Pain for the damage is does, zek for the "proc" (on killshot), nameless for a "miscellaneous item"
