The things you should be looking for are:

<li >Underfoot Preorder If you ordered after midnight on the 12/1 then you wouldn&#39;t have gotten the pre-order flag and didn&#39;t qualify for the preview. If you believe there to be an error with your billing that caused it to not process your order then contact CS and they can assist you. Most of the time it&#39;s either that the CC expired or the billing information was incorrect.

The only people that should have been removed from the underfoot zones this morning were if you didn&#39;t complete all 3 of the underfoot events, or you didn&#39;t pre-order before the 1st. Everyone else should still be allowed in. If you&#39;re not then please contact CS and they can assist you.
