Issues with In Game E-Mail and Guilds

Greetings,

We've heard that there's been issues with in game e-mail delivery and guilds. We think the problems started when we introduced the spam filter.

So, if you've had issues with your e-mail not getting to your guild members, please post with as much detail as you can about the issue. Things that would help track it down include, but not limited to:

(1) the approximate time it happened
(2) which server it happened on
(3) does it happen all of the time or once in a while
(4) when it happens is it all of your guild members that can't send or just a few people
(5) any odd things about your guild like you have people in your guild that's in there twice, etc.
