Re:LL augs on Test

That wasn't the spec I was working off of, and I unfortunately didn't consult Nodyin's post history before working on the design. However, assuming that was the original intent, it can be changed... but not in time for Wednesday's patch.

The good news is that it will probably mean everyone will get better rewards from the event, the bad news is item IDs will change so you'll have to remove this Wednesday's aug once the change goes in next full patch.
