It is possible, but there is much extra work needed to "lock" recipes so they cannot be done too early. Having it stuck to PoP release helped some, but did not accurately reflect the availability of spell research.

I currently have no plans to add more of the vendors, but those plans could very well change, especially if we do another progression type server.
