Re:LoN item, unfair?

Sounds like I made the Dodge number too large. I did mean for it to be minor. I am not sure I can change it at this point, but I will look into dropping it to the suggested 5%. This is not a promise to make the change.

The Hand of Holy Vengeance is very minor for a few reasons. The first one being the main reason

#1 it does NOT have the proc rate of the priest weapons, not even close. It is way low on its ability to add damage and healing compared to priest weapons. BASE proc rate on the priest weapons is 8ppm, the base on this is 2ppm.

#2 it is not one of the current HoHV procs, it is quite a few expansions behind.
