It could be fun to get a dungeon crawl zone with a mix of mobs that can be any of these classes. Why is so hard to make a wiz nuke for 25K but hit for 500? Why no more npc get pets?

Well, if the question is: 'Why weren't more resources invested in making base population NPCs diverse and complex?', the answer is: 'We devoted time to get the spell lists functioning, and then there were no resources left to invest.'
