Haste foci is "Standardized" to the belt now. It may still show up in small cases in the other slots like the shoulder, but those are special cases. Do not look for it to be in slots other than the belt. It is standard in the belt slot. And no we are not going back to pre UND to change existing items, it is a going forward thing.
