Sorry about it being buried. There is the dev tracker that you could use however.

I'd prefer not to say exactly how much the spawn rate was bumped because no matter what I say, someone's going to claim to have done a statistical analysis of it and tell me it's not working, etc. I will say that it's a very nice boost, but it is still random. Good luck to you!
