Some of you seem to think we just snap our fingers and make people do things. We don't set the coding team's schedule, priorities, or anything of the sort. We ASK them to look into things, and they get scheduled as to their priority. You also have no idea what OUR scheduling is like, and often feel like whatever your issue is should be our #1 priority. Sorry to say that's just not reality. Our schedules and priorities are set by those above us, and not by the loudest or most frequent posters on the forums.
Things like Modulation Specialist not working right are low priority for code compared to things like client crashes and such.
That said, I have ALWAYS been willing to work directly with the players to get things done. The real problem is some of you think that just because you ask for something, or YOU think something is reasonable, that it automatically means it will get done, or needs to get done. Sometimes what you want or think you need doesn't go along with what we think, and complaining louder or more often doesn't change that fact.
