The above spell line, due to the nuke components have a mana cost of 0, they do not benefit from many AAs and buffs which require a minimum mana cost of 10 to take effect (so as to prevent them from effecting procs I guess?).Wrath of the Forest Walker AA, we know about this. The underlying issue is on one of the many to do lists. No ETA.
