Hey all,
Finally found the problem with Frenzied Volley. Unfortunately, we're too close to the VoA launch to fix it right now. It WILL be fixed whenever we patch next. Hopefully it won't be too long after launch tomorrow.
This only affects ranks 5, 6, and 7. Don't buy those ranks until we patch and you'll be fine.
I'll also be splitting out Juggernaut Surge into its component buff & illusion with the next patch.
