But I think most people can see its direct enough.
You pay cash for a mark which pays for merc upkeep which other wise you would have to pay for with plat.
So no matter how its spinned you are essentialy paying cash for plat.
While in some ways this is true. We are not put an exact value on it either. We are not saying X amount of plat wis with Y amount of Dollars.
