Making it more accessible to more than a couple guilds isn't necessarily dumbing it down. We, as a team, have decided that we made things a little tougher than they should have been (which is the direction we WANTED to err, if we were going to), and are making adjustments to put things more closely to intended levels.
The 1st three raids will get a healthy dose of retune, the next set up will get some adjustment, but less than the initial raids, and so forth up through the ranks. The next group of raids will be easier to manage by default once people gear up from the T6 raids.
