not paint-shop... 3D-Max I believe.
*if* the assets are available.. a few hours I expect, probably longer depending on how much adjustment is needed. Some older items though, the assets are no longer available, and they would have to start from scratch, for which an artist would have to pipe up on the timeline... a few days from my observation.
