They were not change in this patch. NOTE. if you have not been in the game for a while, we moved the bard effect from an item attribute to a focus effect to allow us a better upgrade path in the future. In the change the "numbers" changed by 10. so OLD item attribute 37 = new focus effect 27. These have the same effect as they had before, the numbering just changed by 10.
