Side Note: In addition to the obvious areas of expertise, I'm also looking for people who consider themselves experts at player-run events, live events, role-playing, etc. So even if you don't know percentages of how much things hint for if you turn around in circles on a tuesday while having 3.5929 to the x power dps, there still might be room for you in the Community Leader Group.
