If you catch it in the act of not healing you, you can use the /merclog command to generate a log of the next 60 seconds of AI activity. It's kindof tricky, since it only logs the 60 seconds AFTER doing the command, but if you can catch it in the act of not healing you, then let me know your charname and server and about what time you did the command I can take a look and see if the logs reveal why he's not healing you.
