Maybe it has not been discovered yet but atm all the weapons drop in first 3 raids but a piercer... if people have to flag their guild with keys for rogues to have the first T6 dagger this will let many casual guild without daggers for months...
You have just had bad luck, one of the 3 piercers drops in the first 3 raids, though admittedly it is the rarest piercer.
