We are not getting rid of Overhaste clickies.
They will just continue to be rare, and will only be in ONE tier of content.
There are overhaste items in underfoot, they just may not be available yet.
Overhaste items will be "chase" items that need a bit of extra effort to acquire and will not be scattered around like say Form of Defense. If we continue staggered releases in the future, they are also likely to not be in the first release zones.
