We are not considering making the brews tradable. The gear available for brews are meant to specifically be a reward for completing Old Man McKenzie's missions. Having the brews be tradable would make them a reward for making the most platinum, which is something we already have well incentivized. Having incentives available for various types of play is a good thing.
The biggest mistake we made with the OMMs is having too much gear available from them, which is something we corrected with the Boomerang missions and something we'll keep in mind should we do any similiar types of content in the future.
