And a question, which I know will be a resounding 'NO!' and a deathtouch....but I just want to see maybe a 'why not' to put my curious mind to resthttp://www.mapfiend.net/eq/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif

When there was a mention of the tinkered familiar that makes bags to tokens....the tiny bit of info that was available, made my mind get all creative with 'what if's!' and one that I was almost sure was the function of this robot was, compressing bags 'with' stuff in them.

I know it's an out there thought, but what made me think it was a doable thing, was the whole monster mission 'stored away' gear and bags whilst you live the life of another creature entirely... I figured, 'Well, if they can do that, maybe that's what this robot does, in a sense...compact (hide) the gear into a token, to be popped back to normal at will, thus 'helping with bag space'.

As an example of it's usefulness on a 'me' level...http://www.mapfiend.net/eq/images/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif

I am a huge collector of illusions...between aa's, in game illusions, and LoN stuff, i'm carrying around 42 things I can be. It is a fun..*ahem* obsession...but it's also a huge chunk of my pack space devoted to ithttp://www.mapfiend.net/eq/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif Were I able to compress....I could take out the mask of the *cough* minute, click it, pop it back in an illusion exclusive bag...and compress it to a token. Then, make a tradeskill bag! Nice and empty!http://www.mapfiend.net/eq/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif

Of course, this could be handy in a ton of other ways...namely tradeskills. Decompress a bag full of stockpiled TS stuff, and you are TS on the go!

ZOT!

ok. Um. not sure I understand. Turning a single non-bag item into a token saves no space. And the gargantuan amount of possible combinations of illusion items that would go together the make possible "in container" options is just not feasible. And code currently has no way of "storing" variable information like that, so can't just store it on you.
