we have gotten, and always will I expect, comments both ways. Many people HATE the "must have previous tier to get next" and many people hate the idea "People with ideal groups can skip to the last stuff" that this system allows. So obviously there is no way to satisfy everyone. And the feedback has been fairly even on it both ways.
We are trying this way this time to see how it goes, we may have to go back to the "need previous for next" after we see how this goes.
