You are over thinking it. If we hit the goals, ALL active accounts in good standing get the goal marker prizes. We aren't checking accounts or recording who did and who didn't become a fan or follower on the appropriate sites. Nor are we cross checking your Facebook or Twitter accounts to make sure you have an active EQ account tied to it (or EQII or Free Realms).
Our hope is that every player who hears about this will rush to sign up and get the prizes. It's a bit of good fun, with a nice payoff at each level.
