It is forgotten halls... so a renamed forgoten halls map works for the geometry of the zone if you really want to see what it looks like without the Ngreth's Den NPCs.
It is a beta only zone for beta testing of tradeskills. It is not even exported to live, and there is no zone line that goes to it. It is another attempt to be yet even more careful to not have the bad Plane of Knowledge event happen again. Put all of the NPC's in a zone that can only be accessed on beta.
