Again we have to compare it to everyone else's BP's where they are getting 16k extra damage... while wizards are getting 150k extra damage (that 150k may be exaggerated... but the point is there)
(note the "4 tiers" mentioned are 2 group 2 raid... the 16k is SoD raid top.)
