Hard tier 1 events do not count towards the 7 raids. Has to be anything above teir 1 hard or not. I think that is because teir 1 SoD is set up to be easier than MMM and Cryst raids I think was stated back when this started.
Of course my RR raid in normal and hard counts as 2, sweet.

list.add(BitList,bit.SODKaesoraACouncilDividedHard );
list.add(BitList,bit.SODKurnsClaimingFelbaneHard);
(it goes on to make a list of all of the flags that count... many with non usefull names :/ )
