Click on the Sign Up for the EQ Expansion Beta (https://account.station.sony.com/authenticated/beta/betaRegistration.action?betaId=4) link. Does it say, "Congratulations, you have been enrolled in this Beta!"? If so that tells me your registration is complete. If so I can inquire about your status.
