If you've done the MM raids (and enough "other" raids) but can't see the items, go request a raid from McKenzie. When you request a raid or try to enter one, that's when he checks to see if you've got the other raids he looks for. Once you've done that (you don't need to actually complete the raid again) you'll meet the requirement to see the items.
