Brews can drop from mobs inside missions?
I can't say what's going to happen after the patch makes all the changes, but currently the raids drops brews in the chests instead of loot. That is what they are talking about here; if you loot the brews from a raid, reclaim them before you leave or they'll poof.
Players can (or could) "claim" tokens in a Monster Mission, and if they do so, and fail to reclaim them... they loose the tokens.
