In one of the other threads he mentioned things like illusions or golden tickets as potential gifts for the inconvenience. So it probably won't be MM items, just fluff items.
It is the potions sold in PoK, illusion item, book of knowledge, or a golden ticket. So yes, essentially fluff items, though they have some use.
