We changed the philosophy behind how we set weapon ratios as part of the larger discussions we've been having over the past couple of weeks. We're moving to a more even set of ratios across weapon types, and so these were changed to match that. We're well aware that adding damage to a two-handed weapon does not make up for "the problem" of losing shield block and overcap AC. We just wanted the new items to match the current philosophy.
