It is feasible. The only slight issue is I do plan on using the "extra content" that is planned to be released later... so it may not be completable until that extra content is released.

The group content is going to require this extra content as well as the raid step, so you would still not be able to do the "lower" raid version... and no, I will not "insert" another raid step as a side path in the middle.
