Also just to be clear, I believe it is only the epic 1.0's that can (could, maybe SOE changed it after Tnexus finished and announced his little project) be done by other classes. I don't think the 1.5's/2.0's can be.
I know that at least the 1.5 and 2.0 are lore grouped. I thought this included 1.0 but I have not researched it specifically.
Yes, it would likely be class specific to try and deal with this as an extra safety measure.
