If only you knew... http://www.mapfiend.net/eq/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif The issue seems to be that one team requests the items, another team makes the items, still another team makes sure those items go into game, then our team helps spread the word to you guys about the items when they're going into the Marketplace, and somehow no one takes screencaps very often except for us, hehe. So unfortunately we usually have to do our own screencapping, which for some items like ornamentations, requires us to make toons of certain classes, spawn weapons of particular types again and again until we find the ones that fit with ornamentations, make the screenshots (which is why sometimes they're totally in noob gear yet weilding awesome weapons, lol) then rezise the screenshots, etc. and it ends up being quite a long process. One that is needed, I gladly admit, because I wouldn't want to buy things site unseen, but still quite a process.
So, there in a rather large nutshell, is why these screenshots aren't always the snazziest things you've ever seen and why occasionally when there are bugs or we have issues (like when I wasn't able to log into the dev server for several weeks!) occasionally some items are missing images. Phew.
It's a process that we've been tweaking over time and I hope will still be tweaked a bit.
