Well, here's hoping Ngreth can slip the itemization dev some good drugs when he goes over cultural. Usually the item devs push any tradeskilled stuff way below top level click, loot, and wear gear for some reason. The only reason old cultural was still viable in SoF was because of the high AC and the fact that it was on par in hp/mana with Crys group gear with a last blood aug. No one was going to pay for elegant armor when you could camp SHIP for gear that was better and had focii on it though. Then add in that you needed SHIP drops to be able to use the Crystallos drops and the cultural was near worthless unless you had an "overpowered" last blood or bazu.

A no drop item from the tier 5 of Underfoot needs to put cultural superior in hp/mana and mods to the regular gear that drops there, otherwise why would anyone pay out enough pp to make it worth someone's time to skill up for armor with no focii/effects. For some reason the item devs never understand that the failures and cost/time invested in raising a tradeskill up should count for something.

I suppose they could be equal hp/mana and mods but current end zone level group focii with a group drop from that zone. With the plat and failure rate trade being that you can choose the focus for that slot, but there has to be a reason that cultural is a better option than the click and loot armor, otherwise no one will pay for it or want it and there's really no point.

I am itemizing cultural http://www.mapfiend.net/eq/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif

I plan on a trad-able component. Only to limit the flow somewhat, and to prevent it from flooding the market the day the expansion opens.
